Variety Origin: This variety was developed collaboratively by Roger Anderson of Wisconsin, USA, and Swenson Gardens. Its official scientific name is Paeonia ‘Majesty’s Splendor’.
Core Characteristics: Outer petals are rounded and full, some with small notches on the edges. Inner petals are richly ruffled, forming a fluffy flower center. The color exhibits exceptional layering, offering outstanding ornamental value. Each stem bears a single flower with no lateral buds, concentrating nutrients for optimal bloom development.
Cultivation Performance: Prefers fertile, loose, well-drained, neutral to slightly acidic soil (pH 6.0-7.5). Avoid heavy clay soil and low-lying waterlogged areas.
Majesty’s Splendor peony is a high-end variety combining high ornamental value with strong cultivation adaptability.
