Variety Origin: Scientific name: Paeonia lactiflora ‘Georgiana Shaylor’. Type: Herbaceous Peony. Breeder: William Shaylor (Massachusetts, USA breeder).

Core Characteristics: Leaves: Dark green, ternate pinnately compound, leaflets elliptic-lanceolate, with resilient texture, providing good contrast for the flowers. Flowering habit: One flower per stem, blooms held high above the foliage, swaying gracefully in the breeze, offering high ornamental value.

Cultivation Performance: USDA zones 3-8, tolerates -30°C, suitable for most of North America and regions from northern China to the Yangtze River basin. Strong resistance to common pests and diseases. Deer and rabbits tend to avoid it. Relatively low maintenance, with a lifespan of 50-70 years.
