Variety Origin: Zemina is a high-quality peony variety bred by renowned Austrian breeder Michael Miely, with breeding number 2007-01. It was officially registered with the American Peony Society (APS) in 2019.

Core Characteristics: The flower of Zemina possesses extremely high ornamental value. The single-stem, single-flower habit with no lateral buds concentrates nutrients, resulting in full, large blooms. Petals are thick and textured. The center reveals yellow stamens, adding a touch of natural charm to the refined form.

Cultivation Performance: Relatively adaptable regarding soil type. Prefers fertile, loose, well-drained, neutral to slightly acidic soil (pH 6.5-7.0).

Zemina peony is an outstanding representative of European peony breeding. This variety not only features a rare and elegant color and long bloom period but also possesses practical characteristics such as broad adaptability, easy cultivation, and strong stress resistance, perfectly balancing ornamental value and cultivation practicality.
