Variety Origin: Anderson Kaleidoscope peony belongs to the Itoh peony group, bred by American breeders R.F. Anderson and Kornder. It first flowered in 2000, inheriting the characteristics of Itoh peonies that combine the advantages of woody and herbaceous peonies.

Core Characteristics: Petals are thin, light, and resilient, with a delicate silky luster. They feel smooth, not rough, and have moderate elasticity.

Cultivation Performance: Strong cold hardiness. Prefers 6+ hours of ample sunlight daily. Suited for planting in fertile, organic-rich, well-drained slightly acidic to neutral soil. Avoid waterlogging.

Anderson Kaleidoscope peony is a highly distinctive Itoh peony variety with unique ornamental value and strong recognition. It is suitable for planting in garden borders and flower beds as distinctive accents, and also serves as a quality choice for niche cut flowers due to its unique color patterns.
