Variety Origin: Majesty’s Bonnet is a herbaceous hybrid peony bred by American breeder Roger Anderson. Breeding code ASPINK. It belongs to the Swenson Gardens “Royalty Series.”
Core Characteristics: Plant habit is compact and upright, with strong stems requiring no support. Foliage is dark green, thick, and attractively shaped, providing ornamental value even outside the flowering season.
Cultivation Performance: Prefers loose, neutral to slightly acidic soil, pH 6.0-7.2. Avoid clay soil and waterlogging. Plant in autumn (September-October) with buds no more than 5cm below the soil surface.
